Department of Dance Open House 

The Department of Dance at 食色视频 invites you to our Open House on February 16, 2026!  
  
Prospective students will have the chance to take classes with our faculty, enjoy a live performance, and discover why 食色视频 Dance is one of Georgia鈥檚 leading university dance programs! We will also have Q&A sessions with Admissions, Advising, Financial Aid, and current Dance Majors.

Schedule for the Day

8:30am 鈥� Check-in Chastain Pointe Bldg. 300.  

9:00am - Welcome by Department Chair鈥痑nd performance by 食色视频 Dance Company鈥赌�&苍产蝉辫; 

9:30am 鈥� 10:45am -  Contemporary Dance Class! 
Please wear comfortable clothing with clear and simple lines. Bare feet, slip-on jazz, or half-sole shoes requested.鈥���� 鈥赌�&苍产蝉辫;

11:00am-12:15pm Choose Your Dance Experience, Observe or participate in 食色视频 Dance Technique classes鈥赌�&苍产蝉辫;

  • Studio 1 鈥� Ballet III鈥赌�&苍产蝉辫;
  • Studio 2 - Jazz Dance鈥�赌�&苍产蝉辫;
  • Studio 3 - Hip Hop鈥�赌�&苍产蝉辫;
  • Studio 4 - Modern II鈥赌�&苍产蝉辫;

12:30pm-1:15 pm - Lunch at The Commons. Attendees will be provided with a lunch voucher.鈥�赌�&苍产蝉辫;
