Assessing IMPACTS: Student Learning Across 食色视频's Core Curriculum

Under the mentorship of Dr. Chris Dockery, Faculty Director of General Education, the undergraduate research team will examine direct, course-embedded assessments aligned with the seven Program Student Learning Outcomes (PSLOs) in 食色视频's Core IMPACTS curriculum. By analyzing normalized student performance data, the team will help establish institutional benchmarks for proficiency levels and set the foundation for a three-year assessment cycle of the general education PSLOs. Findings from this work will play a vital role in shaping campus-wide conversations on student learning and driving continuous improvement in 食色视频's general education program.

Research Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic working knowledge of descriptive statistics.
