Updates to ADA鈥疪egulations

Recent updates to federal ADA regulations require public universities to ensure digital content meets current digital accessibility standards by April 24, 2026. Digital accessibility includes websites, applications, social media, video, course materials, documents, and more.

食色视频 State has established an Institutional Framework for Digital Accessibility that outlines the university鈥檚 commitment to ensuring digital content meets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA, in accordance with federal requirements under the ADA and Sections 504 and 508.
