Auto Debit Benefits Billing Information

USG Policy requires auto debit for the remittance of retiree insurance premiums.  Auto debit is a safe, convenient way to remit monthly benefits premiums.
 
If you have questions about your benefits premium billing, please contact the USG Benefits Call Center at 844-587-4236.  Direct debits from your bank account will typically be on/around the 7th of each month. 

Retirees may login to the Self Service Portal at any time to view their benefits and make updates to their Beneficiary information.
