Minor in Nutritional Science
The fully online minor in Nutritional Science introduces you to the exciting and versatile study of human nutrition. In particular, you will gain a foundation of knowledge in nutrient chemistry, food systems, public health policies, nutrition education and the relationships between nutrition, health, disease and the human life cycle. A minor in Nutritional Science will benefit you in your pursuit of a career in food, health, fitness, medicine, hospitality, and other health-related professions and industries.
