The five undergraduate courses (16-semester hours) will teach you the theories, concepts, and principles underlying conflict and its causes. You鈥檒l also learn:

• To understand the different perspectives of those in conflict.
• To develop mutual understanding.
• To produce positive change, particularly in challenging environments.

How To Earn Your Workplace Interpersonal Relationships Certificate

This Certificate is available to any 食色视频 undergraduate student, regardless of major. Current 食色视频 students can add the certificate in Owl Express using the 鈥淒eclare or Change Major/Minor鈥� link under the Student Records tab.  Interested students are encouraged to first talk with your academic advisor, as the required courses may be allowed as electives in some undergraduate programs. 

Non-食色视频 Students

食色视频 faculty members have also helped six other Georgia colleges and universities add this Certificate. Prospective certificate students from a cooperative institution can participate in any member鈥檚 WIRC program without having to go through an additional undergraduate admissions process.

For all other non-食色视频 students who are interested in the Certificate, you will need to apply to 食色视频 as an undergraduate student. On the application, select this certificate as the program of interest.
