Group Fitness Classes for Every Fitness Level

Discover a variety of group fitness classes designed to help you move with a team! From high-energy cardio and strength training to invigorating dance and relaxing yoga, there's something for everyone. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to push your limits, our schedule has you covered. 

    • Cardio Kickboxing: Get a kick out of fitness! Aerobic exercise with boxing & traditional martial arts patterns provides constant low-centered movements to strengthen your muscles & give your heart a workout!
    • Strength & Stamina: This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with a variety of equipment and elements of cardio designed to help strengthen your body head to toe and improve your muscular stamina.
    • 窜鲍惭叠础庐: A fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "Fun and eay to do."
    • Aerobic and Fitness: The routines feature interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. This class builds cardiovascular health, coordination and balance by challenging the heart and working the muscles of the hips, legs and arms with dance moves.
    • Gentle Yoga: Yoga for those who want to take it easy and loosen up without breaking a sweat. Melodic tunes and dim lights help you relax and feel a good stretch throughout the body.
    • All Levels Yoga: Each class is aimed towards a moderately vigorous level with modifications given as needed. This yoga moves at a slightly faster pace. Instruction provided in breathing technique, warm-up & posture flow. All skill levels welcome!

Our team of Student Fitness Coaches, under the supervision of certified professionals, provides guidance tailored to your fitness level and objectives.
