Virtual visits make it easier to get care. You can meet with your provider online, from anywhere. It鈥檚 safe, private and saves you time. You鈥檒l still get the same personal care from our health team, just through your phone, tablet or computer.

For existing patients, our dedicated on-call provider is just a phone call away. To speak with a provider regarding urgent concerns, call (470) 578-6644 after 5:00 PM on weekdays and on weekends. Rest easy knowing that exceptional care is always within your grasp.
All clinics will be closed for a staff meeting on the first Friday of every month from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM.
