Students who live at an apartment complex with a stop on one of the Big Owl Bus routes are encouraged to use the shuttle to travel to the ʳɫÊÓƵ Campus. also offers bus service to both the ʳɫÊÓƵ and Marietta Campus.

If you plan to attend classes in the fall and spring semesters, we recommend purchasing a Fall/Spring 2026-27 permit to secure your preferred parking area for both semesters. Permit fees for both semesters (fall/spring) will be assessed during the fall semester. 

Students who select a fall only permit will be assessed the single semester cost for the permit. Fall only permits expire on January 9, 2027, and will not renew.  

All permit charges will appear on Owl Express the day after completing your permit selection. This is a separate charge from the mandatory parking fee that supports parking infrastructure.

ʳɫÊÓƵ utilizes License Plate Recognition (LPR) to monitor parking on campus with your vehicle’s license plate serving as your virtual parking permit.

Permit holders are required to park with the license plate visible from the drive lane. If you prefer to back-in or pull through spaces, front permit plates are available for purchase at the Talon One office.

To ensure a predictable and efficient parking experience for students, staff, faculty, and visitors, ʳɫÊÓƵ enforces the Parking Rules and Regulations 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends, breaks, and holidays.

ʳɫÊÓƵ has increased enforcement efforts to ensure permit holders have access to park in their permitted area. The three most common citations are easy to avoid!
