Summer Semester Housing Options & Application

The Summer 2026 Housing Application will open on Monday, March 23.

Students must be enrolled as a full-time student (6 credit hours) for summer classes to be eligible for summer housing. The cost of summer housing will be $1,450* for the duration of the summer term. If you are interested in applying, please visit the .

Please note students currently living in Academic Year and Summer communities (Austin Residence Complex, University Columns, University Commons, and University Courtyard) do not need to apply for summer housing.

  • No, no application fee is required for a summer application.
  • No, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate specific roommate requests.
  • Summer Move-In will be from 10:00 AM 鈥� 4:00 PM on Friday, May 22, 2026. Please indicate in the if you are taking 8-week or 10-week courses so Housing can take this into account when scheduling your Move-In time.
