Please review the different options below to learn more about scheduling a career advising appointment based on your current student status.
Appointment Scheduling for Undergraduate Students
Undergraduate students can now schedule appointments through EAB Navigate.
To schedule a career advising appointment:
- Click "Schedule Appointment" in the top right corner.
- Under type of appointment, select "Career Advising."
- Select the "Service" that matches your college and need.
- Select your date preference for the appointment (please note that career advising appointments must be scheduled 24 hours or more in advance).
- Review and select the modality (in-person or virtual) for your appointment.
- Review and confirm your appointment details.
- Add any additional comments regarding the career assistance you need.
- Opt-in to receive automatic reminders about your appointment.
Once scheduled, you'll receive a confirmation email at your 食色视频 student email account.
Appointment Scheduling for Graduate Students
Graduate students can schedule appointments directly in Handshake.
To schedule an appointment:
- Once logged into Handshake, click on "Career center" in the left side navigation menu.
- Click on "Appointments."
- Click on "Schedule A New Appointment."
- Choose the appointment category that best matches your need.
- Choose the appointment type that matches your college.
- Use the scroll at the top to find an available appointment.
- Click the date and time that works for you.
- Select your preferred appointment medium (some days/times may only have one appointment medium available).
- In "What can we help you with?," write a brief comment about what you need from career advising.
- Click on "Request" to formally request this appointment.
Watch your 食色视频 student email account an email from Handshake. This email wll let you know if your appointment is confirmed or if you will need to schedule for another date/time.
Appointment Scheduling for Alumni
Career advising appointments are available to alumni within two years of graduation. Appointments may be scheduled in Handshake, but alumni must first request an alumni account in Handshake to ensure they have the correct access.
Request a Handshake Alumni Account
You'll receive an email confirmation when your alumni account is ready. Once you have alumni access to Handshake, you can schedule an appointment by following the instructions below.

- Once logged into Handshake, click on "Career center" in the left side navigation menu.
- Click on "Appointments."
- Click on "Schedule A New Appointment."
- Choose the appointment category that best matches your need.
- Choose the appointment type that matches your status.

Virtual Resume Drop-In Advising
Need quick feedback on your resume? Join a virtual Express Resume Coaching session through Microsoft Teams.
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday | 2:00鈥�4:00 p.m.
Express Resume Coaching provides brief, 15-minute coaching conversations with an available career coach and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Students should join the Microsoft Teams meeting and wait to be admitted by the next available career coach.

Students seeking assistance with career exploration, job and internship search strategies, interview preparation, and graduate school planning should schedule a full appointment below.
